Good news, it takes a prolonged period of inactivity to lose a noticeable amount of muscle. The amount of training stimulus needed to maintain muscle mass is also much less than what’s needed to build more.
Provided you still train and stay on top of your nutrition while prioritising your calorie and protein intake you should be fine.
In terms of training, I suggest dropping volume down, taking more rest between sets and aiming to retain your numbers or take small progressions. Now is not the time to train all out.
Nutrition wise, generally what I recommend for most people is to either bring your calories down to your theoretical maintenance range, or opt for a short fat loss phase.
The demand of trying to fit in an excessive amount of calories in such a short feeding window is not ideal for your digestive system.
If you are already in a fat loss phase then continue as is. Regardless of goal, the most important variable to consider is lean body mass preservation.
